I need to change front and rear shocks in G24.
What mark and model have you used? In Finland i need to take shocks off and take them to local parts store to be measured and maybe they can find match from catalog. In Estonia, do you use any known mark and model for g24 so i could go to ask same model and mark here? _________________ www.toyterrieri.net/gaz

Hi there,
There should be blendy of NOS shock absorbers for GAZ 24 for sale at least in Estonia, and most cars here have NOS shock absorbers.
But if you prefere some Western models, then when I remember right KYB has similar shock absorbers, that are not designed specially for GAZ 24 but they where a close mach with the NOS shock absorbers.

NOS-shocks would be ok but they are not sold here and at this moment i am unable to visit Estonia, but seems to be more and more obious that it must be arranged as soon as possible. How much does NOS-shocks cost "about"? Koni has serie for G24 but it cost 650¤/4pieces here in Finland which is quite much... _________________ www.toyterrieri.net/gaz

I dont have any idea at the moment how much would the NOS shock absorbers for the GAZ 24 cost? I havent visited any car parts stors for a long time, they should be cheaper then the ones you mentioned.
I forgot to tell, that there are also some Made in Russia shock absorbers for sale in stores for GAZ 24 but they are not that good as the NOS once.
Maybe other forum members here have more idea of the prize ranges for the NOS shock absorbers! I have no idea about the prize ranges these days.
