Hello,
I finally installed new exhaust. Now it turns out, that exhaust gas is leaking from between intake and exhaust manifolds.  Is this common? I thought of carefully taking them apart and then reassembling. Possibly put some high-temperature motor silicone in between to prevent further leakage. |

Greetings again.
Turned out that "someone has been here before", the brass nuts holding together the manifolds were almost round. Also there were relics of two different gaskets so no wonder there was a leak. Out of these and Permatex I managed to create something that seems to hold.
We will see - before 1st May I might actually get Finnish plates for this.
